Return Policy

We accept return for no reason within 30 days after you sign the package.

Items need to be original condition to be returned:

1. It should be new with tag.

2. Never worn or washed.

3. Originally packaged.

For Defective Items or Packages:

If you find item received defective, including :

1. Wrong color size, fabric or pattern.

2. Not as described.

3. Package broken when you receive it.

4. item stained or damaged

Please contact us for a return or exchange. We will cover the shipping fee.

Initiating A Return
To return your product, you should email us first at service@dollsrock.com for instructions and then send your product to us via the address we supply you (not the address listed on our website).
Shipping costs of the return shipping are to be paid by the buyer. 
Do Not Return To Our Address Listed On The Website. We will give you our warehouse address.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@dollsrock.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
